my car seems to run a little sluggish at times, the dealer said i need a fuel induction service. what is this?

Basically what they are most likely refering to is an injection cleaning. They will hook up a cleaner to either the PCV or brake booster hose, and a cleaner will be slowly sucked into the engine cleaning the injection as it goes through. If they plan to do what I think, it will look like an I.V. hooked up to a person, and there will be a steady drip going into the intake system. If it is working, most times your car will be blowing black smoke from the exhaust. Don't worry, the smoke will stop.
