2007 Chevy Cobalt Control Arm Bushings

I have had my control bushings replaced last year and the noise has started again and they tell me its not covered under warrenty and currently leasing car. Can you tell me how much to replace and why its not covered seeing that they were replaced last July 2009

I owuld get a second opinion, it is highly unusual for control arm bushings to fail (twice) on a 3 year old car.
