2006 Chevy Cobalt help!

I just put in new speakers in my car and everything sounded great then this morning I turned my car on but no music now ive spent all morning trying to figure it out but every timr I cut the car on when the radio comes on and the left front speaker makes a pop sonund then nothing again someone please help

You might have two speaker wires shorting together. Re-check all of your wiring again.
