Why is there antifreeze coming out from the no. 1 spark plug hole? It appears to be right at the top of the spark plug hole?

Are you sure it's coming OUT of the cylinder and not draining down INTO it from the outside somewhere? You can't get coolant out of a cylinder as long as the plug is installed.
