The power steering light keeps coming on and the steering goes to a manual steering, can you tell me what maybe happening with the steering. The power steering is electrical and no liquid is required. The weather where I live has been rainy.

have it scanned for codes first,usually its the steering coloumn,its becoming a common problem.post back with the code.
