I have a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt base model. My car randomly dings and says "power steering" on the lcd screen (I've already had my power steering replaced under recall). When that happens my car shifts hard and my check engine light comes on. When I read it the following codes showed up;

u0073 Control Module Communication Bus Off

po171 System Too Lean (Bank 1)
Fuel Trim System Lean

po700 Trans control system malfunction

P1516 Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Module Throttle Actuator Position
Performance

So now I need to know how to fix it. :/

The "U" code indicates the PCM is not comunicating with other modules.

This would have to be checked with high end scanner and may be cause of other codes.

This is dealer/trusted garage job as these scanners cost in excess of $10,000.
