1984 Chevy Citation tools needed for replacement

Do I need these tools or is ther some kind of substitute?

You can do it without those tools, but t won't be easy. A large screwdriver to take the axle out after releasing it from the wheel and another to install the new seal you will put in the trans. You can use a large socket to install the seal.
