I own a 1992 Chev Cheyenne that has 197,000 miles on it with a 350 V-8 engine, 2 wheel drive and standard transmission. Recently I tried to replace this line but was unable to turn the nut where the line connects to the steering shaft without possibly damaging the nut. Any suggestions?

Are you using a flare nut wrench? If that wont work, try cutting the hard line off so that you can slip a 6-point socket over the nut
