Chevy 1998 1500

Go I drove my truck for like months

well I flipped it on its top like maybe 5 or 8 months ago
and I took all the spark plugs out air filter off and click the truck over to like I was starting it but didnt start it fully that way all the oil would come out the spark plugs then I put the new spark plugs in the motor and a new air filter I also change the oil on the truck cuz it need it any ways then put a oil filter brand new on the truck started it frist try and it started up run great intill yesterday night when I got out school for summer
well what happen last night I was on the highway and I was going 65 speed limit and all
and then I see that my truck rpm went down and the truck made a little noise like it was bout to die or something and then when ya yet off the gas it fine
and I had it run on a test 2nd time now and I know for a fact the 02 seners is going out or is out would that have anything to do with the truck jurking like that when ya bairly hit the gas padel and everytime I start it frist time from it sitting it starts great 1 try starts up I have no clue whats wrong with the truck

but its a 1998 chevy 1500 truck with a v6 ya v6 arnt the best but I never had a problem with the truck intill now . Anyone pls help me with this
