1998 Chevy Cheyenne oil line leak

1998 Chevy Cheyenne 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 60k miles

the mounting strap carrying the cooling line coming from the oil filter boss has rusted through the steel line
accessibility seems impossible with out transfer case removal, engine mount removal or some combination of dismounting major components

I am looking for the factiory procedure as it does not appear in the Haynes manual # 24065

Help please

the factory procedure would be without the body on it so your best bet is to replace or filx it with the least removal of parts as possible.
