i was setting in a drive thru in truck and it shut off tried to crank back up but it wouldnt i have pressure at fuel rail and pulled valve cover off to make sure rocker arms were still moveing and they were i checked coil for fire and did not have any so i replaced the coil and i still am not getting any fire out of top of coil what fires the coil and what is my prob
