1997 Chevy Cheyenne it wont shift into third or fourth

need help had trans rebuilt twice and it still will not shift into third or fourth replaced vss and main computer no change speedometer went out as well not sure but i think it might be why it wont shift right please help it has a 4l60 trans and push button 4 wheel drive behind a 5.7 engine.

take it to a trans shop where they can scan it and see if you have bad solenoids or a broken wire at the trans connector.
