hello, my 1997 chevy cheyenne 3500 pick up 5.7L has a very high idle, but no service engine light on, it has a brand new tps installed and was tuned up 1500 miles ago,
any ideas

Clean throttle body and plate carbon maybe holding it open. Also Pull Idle Speed Control Motor clean and check pentel for binding.
