When I' haveto stop at a stop sign or traffic light and then start moving again, the speedometer stays on 0mph and the truck transmission won't shift. Suddenly the speedometer will jump up to 20mph and the transmission shifts violently hard. Is this the vehicle speed sensor or the vehicle speed sensor buffer that might be failing, and why would it only do it intermittantly? Please advise. Thanks!
