Get your truck up on jack stands.
Make sure both wheels rotate freely.
Start the truck and have someone apply the brakes
make sure the wheels will not rotate.
Release the brakes. They should turn freely again.
Repeat this several times, increasing the pressure each time, if, after releasing the brakes the wheels will not turn freely then the calipers are probably sticking.
Remove the wheel and take off the calipers, like you would do if you were putting on new pads. You should be able to manually push the calipers in ( try using a hammer handle ) use the brakes to force them back out. Check the seal around the caliper for damage. You can replace both of these for around 40.00
I am assuming you do not have air in the line from previous work?
