My 1992chevy truck when i had a v6 4.3 engine use to run fine till it died on me then i had to get a 350 with 200,000 miles. Runs great but when i turn on the a/c, it has trouble picking up speed and make a wierd noise like if the lifters are not working appropiate but i know they are. It only makes that sound when i try to pick up speed or up a hill. why does it do this. the injectors are clean and are spraying good. without the a/c on it picks up speed fine... plz help
