1991 Chevy Cheyenne head gasket installation

trying to install new head gaskets, how do I know which side is block side and which side is head side, gasket manufacturer is victor reinz. last set i put on were fel-pro and they were marked this side up. these are not marked.

Usually if the company's name is printed on them, they go up so it can be read...... It may not matter. just be sure they match up to the old ones and that all holes line up properly
