1990 Chevy Cheyenne charging system

1990 Chevy Cheyenne V8 Four Wheel Drive Manual

my alternater is charging but the charge is not making to the battery. I can trace it to the junction box but i cannot figure out why the charge is not going to the batter all the wires appear to be good and nothing seems to be grounded out. please help.

Check the fusible link between the junction block and the battery positive post

I've checked it before it appers to good but I can check it again anyother soultions.

Is it possible that one of the few wire that connect to the starter if left unhooked could cause it to not receive charge?

Could be check it out fusible links are normally placed there
