1989 Chevy Cheyenne 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive 90,000 miles

Installed a new clutch system in my 1989 Chevy Cheyenne and it isn't working. The fork moves about one to one and half inches but the pedal goes all the way to the floor. The truck is up on jacks. What could I be doing?

If the clutch assembly is installed properly and free play and pedal height adjusted properly-could be an internally leak with the clutch master cylinder or air in the hydraulic system
