Engine Performance problem
1976 Chevy Cheyenne V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

when my truck is cold it seems to run great but as soon as it starts to warm up the acceleration seems to die the idle gets really rough when I give it gas it starts out really slow and slowly picks up but once its past about 3oo rpm's it smooths out until it goes back to idle stays smooth till I go to give it gas then starts over again when in gear has pleanty of power when cold but starts to die out when warm

Engine running rough or misfiring can be cause by the following:

1.Defective spark plug
2.Inadequate spark/coil,defective spark plug wire.
3.Lack of compression
4.False air leakage.
5.Faulty fuel injectors.
6.Insufficient fuel pressure.
7.Contaminated fuel.
8.EGR valve that is leaking.
9.Oxygen sensors.
10.Throttle position sensor.
11.Idle air control valve.
