Engine Performance problem
1976 Chevy Cheyenne V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic unknow miles

I have a sbc 350with only headers added to it, the rest is pretty much stock. I'm trying to figure out what I want to add first. I want performance, but i'm on a very tight budget. What can I get that has big numbers but not so big prices. My overall goal is to make this truck stand on to wheels when I take off. But I have to go a step at a time. And I want to keep the 350.

Making an engine go faster or add performance costs money. The more power you want the more money itis going to cost you. Making it stand on two wheels is going to cost you lots of money. But your 2 best things to add to an engine to get the most performance is headers and a performance camshaft. Which means cam and lifters. If you only have a two barrel carb then you must go to a 4 barrel if you are thingking of putting a performance cam in. Then you can get newer heads, if you are on a budget get the heads from a 94-96 truck those flow the best for stock heads.
