1990 Chevy Chevette fuel pump

I cannot find the fuel pump relay shown in the repair
manuel next to the wiper moter and on the fire wall
in the engine compartment. I am not showing any
power at the fuse, so i want to try the relay.

the power should go to the fuse before it goes to the relay.

if the relay is missing, and you dont have power at the fuse, it makes me think that someone has modified the electrical system possibly.
