1970 Chevy Chevelle Original Seat Belt Installation

I'm restoring a 1970 Chevelle SS Convertible. I had the original Seat belts reconditioned. The previous owner had some sort of aftermarket belts in there.
Did the original bolts just "screw" in or did they have a nut undeneath? If so how the heck do you get in there to put the nut in?
Loooks really tight. Thanks in advance.

The nuts should already be welded to the floorpan. If they aren't they will need to be.
