I have a 1989 Chevy Celebrity, 66,096, 2.5lt. 4 cycl., 2wd. My car eats through tires in the front really fast. I know I need an alignment, but someone said I have to fix or replace somthing in the front end first. Would you know offhand what it is by any chance? Also, what can I do to keep the fabric on the roof of the cab up? Please help me. Thank you. :D

you need to have someone check the front end parts for play. There could be wheel bearings, ball joints bushing, tie rods, rack to name a few. Don't put this off.

A parts store will carry an adhesive for the fabric.
