Hello,
Whenever I disconnect the battery and then when reconnect the battery my car will stall out at stop signs and when I put it in reverse. The only way I have been able to fix it is it I put the car in drive with my foot on the brake and gun the engine. Of course this is not good for my car. Could you please advise me on what to do. Thank you.

You might try an idle relearn procedure.

Some times when you take the battery cables loose, you need to do an idle relearn procedure.
