i wanted to know why my car shakes up after i let my foot off the pedal why is that . Also my pedal feels hard to press down why is that and one more question why does it take so long for my car to pick acceleration up

First thing that comes to mind is a clogged or partially clogged CAT.

Perform a CAT backpressure test to find out.
