I have a 1989 chevy Celebrity. Recently I have been having problems with it starting and stalling on me but it still ran. Now it wont start at all and I noticed that when I crank the engine over it pumps fuel into the air box. i was told that it could be the fuel pressure regulator. Could that be possible?

It could have something to do with it. Here is the HOW TO for checking fuel pump pressure with and without the regulator plugged in.
