1988 Chevy Celebrity smokiing

i have a chevy celebrity with 214336 miles yesterday was the first time i drove it and i went apprx 5 miles to get a full service oil change and apprx 5 miles and home and when i got home i was it was smoking from under the hood no leaks though then this morning when we were able to ge the hood up(no hood release) we saw that the fan isnt going but and i dont know whats going on because even when it was smoking the temp gauge didnt do anything where do i start?

well the car is over 18 so it's legal lol. seriously check to see if when they serviced your car that they may have got oil on your xaust manifold or system someplace. then check for coolant leaks. I doesn't sound like ti's to serious though. If fluids were spilled on teh exaust system it will go away rather quickly.
