Is replacing the intake gasket a major peice of work for a non professional?

where on the engine would I find this part?

is it accessible to get to easily? And what all is included in replacing; are there any other internal parts that I need to consider in doing this job?

Here is a diagram of the Intake and it will depend on which gasket needs replaced....
