1988 Chevy Celebrity Gas in airfilter

I have gas in my airfilter and I dont know why. Can you tell me what is wrong and how to fix it?

Is it throttle body injected or efi or carbuerated?

Good, then it is as I thought, it is probably a bad fuel pressure regulator, pull off the vaccum line, is there fuel in it?
