1987 Chevy Celebrity won't stsrt

Engine Performance problem
1987 Chevy Celebrity 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

check engine light on dash shows no codes--have gaso at throtle body for 1.4 seconds as engine cranks-- spark at plugs seems to be ok-- shows no gaso at throtle body as engine cranks after the 1.4 seconds..where do I go from here? Thanks
