we got in the car this morning and it started just fine and ran fine till we put it in gear . give it a little gas and it dies. we got it to go down the road , but it was running so rough we had to turn around and come home

check the basics, plug wires and tune up first.If it is misfiring, may have a bad coil, but check the basics first
