My heater doesn't blow anymore but at times it sounds like it is kind of running under the hood. What part do I need?

Welcome to the forum, I'd check for good voltage and ground at the blower motor connector, key on, hvac turned on. If you have good voltage and ground, I suspect the blower motor.
