I noticed the brakes were squealing one day and saw smoke coming fron the passenger front tire. I changed the brake pads but the next day I noticed the smoke again. What can it be?

It's either a frozen caliper, or bad flex hose, drive the car then jack that side up, open the bleeder screw on the caliper, if the wheel spins free, replace the hose, if it stays locked on, replace the caliper. Do both side! Condition is the same there due to age, and will soon produce these symtoms on that side!
