RIGHT REAR WHEEL LOCKS UP WHEN APPLYING BRAKES. HAVE HEARD THAT THIS WAS A COMMON
PROBLEM FOR THIS YEAR. IF SHOES WERE NOT REPLACED WITH GM PARTS . THESE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILBLE NOW. CAN ONLY GET AFTERMARKET
SHOES. HAS ANYONE HEARD OF THIS?

Have not heard of this specific problem, ask GM if there is a TSB concernng this.

I would repalace the rear brakes, Drums, shoes, wheel cylinders, and a new hardware kit. Also make sure the parking brake cable is not binding.
