When i push on the gas my car seem to act like it is out of gas

Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Any applicable mil codes? How long since a tune-up? Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage, if you don't have one. If you have mfi, fuel pressure is 40--47 psi. If you have a feedback carb 5--6 psi.
