IS IT NORMAL FOR SMALL AMOUNTS OF WATER TO BE COMING OUT OF THE TAILPIPE WHEN A CAR IS FIRST STARTED? I LIVE IN OHIO, AND HAVE JUST NOTICED THIS HAPPENING NOT SURE IF IT IS BECAUSE IT IS SO COLD OUT OR WHAT.
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT THANKS.
