My 92 caviler has blown the head gasket 2 now what could be causing and where is the raditor drain plug

Now do u know for sure u got a blown hd gasket. Also the drain plug on youre car is located right side of youre rad on the bottom, Best to use a pair of needle nose pliars to open the drain plug.
