2008 Chevy Cavalier Wheel noise/shake

Dear Sir/Mam

I get a noise and a bit of shake when I turn the wheel at low speed like entering and exiting a parking spot.

I took the car to service centre 3 times by now but they could not figure it out.

I appreciate if you can help me on this.
