We are having trouble with the motor mount on the passanger side top. Can we change just the rubber bushing or does the whole mount have to be changed?

The rubber part of the mount is adhered to the metal part of the mount, it is not serviced separately. One of the indications of a failing mount is when the rubber begins to separate from the mount.
What kind of shake or wobble are you having? What have you done to diagnose it as coming from the mount?
Let me know & I will do what I can to help.
