2005 Chevy Cavalier Electrical Issue

I could be wrong but I think this is an electrical issue. When I bought my car in 2006, 3 weeks later the power windows wouldnt work, the gas gauges on the dash had gone out too, and the trunk wouldnt open sometimes. It was under warranty so I took it to the dealership and they replaced the power switch, the dash, and the battery because they said it was low which was causing the truck not to open. I had problems with the windows again the nxt year and they did the same thing just replaced the switch. Here recently two of my windows have gone out, and when I start my car it asks like it wants to shut off. Sometimes when I start it, it will idle badly making a bad noise,and when I put it in reverse or drive if I dont give it enough gas it will stall.I have had a tune up, fuel injection cleaning, and fuel filter changed and still dont know what to do.
