Engine Cooling problem
2004 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Good afternoon,

My issue is, I put in a cold air intake system, into my car. Now the valve cover breather spout is tossing out oil. not much, but the side air filter i have installed started to show signs of oil coming out through it. Is there anytime of filter i can purchase for this? I have included a picture to better show what i mean. Thank you.[img:57cf09450b]http://www.2carpros.com/forum/automotive_pictures/487441_0221001716b_1.jpg[/img:57cf09450b]

Did you remove PCV valve to put breather in?

There was no PCV valve. it was only a hose going from the valve cover to the air intake pipe.

You are most likely going to have oil coming from the upper valve cover, I would replace it with original hose.

Won't this cause the oil to go into my intake? and cause issues with the fuel delivery?
