Engine problem
2004 Chevy Cavalier Two Wheel Drive Automatic 45000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I do not have a computer diagnostic tool and my check engine light is on. I think it is because my car over heated 2 days ago. I have fixed the probelm but the light is still on. Id there any way to reset the computer without having to go to a mechanic.

Do you have an autozone or checkers nearby? They do it free. Or any other chain of parts stores that have the diagnostic equipment.
