our horn doesnt work

We just bought a 2004 chevy cavalier and our horn doesnt work

I assume you are having an issue with a fuse or relay, but we need to do some testing.

We need to go to the horn and find out if there is voltage there when you are pressing the pad. If there is then the horn is the issue. If not, we need to go back through the circuit to find where you are losing voltage.
