2004 Chevy Cavalier key will not turn in ignition

2004 Chevy Cavalier Automatic 107000 miles

2004 Chevy Cavalier - it started with my keys getting stuck in the ignition. I decided to drive it for about a minute then it came out, upon trying to start the car again my key wouldn't turn, my gear will not move out of park and my break seems stiff. Please help!!

Already Tried:
battery appears to still work, just attempted to start it. searched for a possible kill switch that was hit... nothing. Steering wheel also will not turn.

rock the car back and fourth and see if the key will come out. also wiggle the steering wheel and the shifter
