While driving down the freeway my car suddenly started loosing speed. I replaced the fuel filter but it still won't start. While the key was in the on position I can hear the fuel pump but it still won't start. Any suggestions? Fuel pump? Computer chip? What is the easiest/cheapest way to get my car running?

Have a helper crank it, while you visually check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage.
