Frustration of my car!! Since last fall I've been having problems with my cooling system...I've had the thermostat replaced, the radiator replaced. Yet my fan doesn't work and the collant is still leaking..I'm not sure from where but I've been buying coolants every other week by refilling it back..wasted material and money...I'm not sure what to do....I'm wondering if its my water pump, although I do see the liquid coming out from the top or how the fan plays a role....Help me please! or at least give me some leads so I can try going in that direction...

Remove fan connector and apply 12V to fan motor, if fan doesn't work, then motor is bad, if fan runs, then fuse, relay or fan switch.

For leaking coolant, perofrm a cooling system pressure test.
