2004 Chevy Cavalier cooling fan won't shut off

My cooling fan keeps running even though the engine isn't hot. It ran all night and ran my battery down. I pulled the fuse and it quit but then I got idiot lights on the dash."Trac on" and the Check engine symbol.

Fan coming On when not needed could be caused by a sticking fan relay, as for the CEL you need to have the computer scanned for code/s and comeback with it.
