2003 Chevy Cavalier starting

2003 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive

when i first start car it drags but start. after drive car to work it starts without dragging. when i get off work it drags on start could it be battery not holding charge

Check the battery and connections if okay could also be the starter slipping
