2003 Chevy Cavalier Rotors

Sometimes when I brake, it hear a dragging sound, which makes me believe it's my rotors. I don't hear any squeaking sounds.

Is this a rotor problem? If so, how much is the average price of repair?

sounds like rusted rotors. I would have them looked at
